Here are some of my thoughts on the track adapted from a conversation with Sitearm:

There is a tendency to believe that calm is achieved via suppression of aggression. However, I find calm presents more by way of its understanding.

Though the music I write is often considered relaxing, there are numerous points where dissonance presents. I find part of the music’s ability to move a listener towards relaxation stems from aggression’s acknowledgment and sublimation as moments of dissonance.
