Kourosh Dini, M.D. is a psychiatrist and practicing physician trained in adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry in downtown Chicago. He works directly with patients and families.
Treatment is tailored to the individual and comprises both talk therapy and/or medication management. Dr. Dini will often provide therapy for those who do not require medication treatment and has trained extensively in several modalities of therapy. About Dr. Kourosh Dini
Kourosh Dini, MD graduated from the Integrated Science Program at Northwestern University and the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. He has trained in adult psychiatry at the University of Illinois at Chicago and in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Chicago. He has continued his training at the Institute for Psychoanalysis in Chicago.
Dr. Dini has worked as an inpatient unit director at Aurora Lakeshore Hospital in Chicago and has experience working in residential schools, and adult inpatient and outpatient centers. He has experience with a wide variety of therapeutic modalities such as psychoanalytic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family counseling.
Dr. Dini is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, American Psychiatric Association, and the American Psychoanalytic Association.

Session fees vary depending on the services you receive. The initial consultation fee will be discussed when making your first appointment. If you have further questions, please contact Dr. Dini directly.
Dr. Dini presently accepts fee for service private payment and presently works with the Blue Cross PPO network. If you are on another network or if you have concerns regarding coverage, call your insurance provider to ascertain coverage and methods of reimbursement. Dr. Dini can readily provide an invoice to submit to your insurance company if needed.
